Terms of Service
Last updated: August 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Rapid Rescore.com and the Rapid Rescore platform (together, the “Service”), operated by Rapid Rescore LLC. By creating an account, requesting a demo, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Who this is for
The Service is built for lenders, brokers, and other approval-dependent businesses acting in a business capacity — not for consumers seeking to dispute their own credit report directly. You represent that you're using the Service on behalf of a business and have the authority to agree to these Terms on that business's behalf.
Your account
- You're responsible for the accuracy of information you submit through the Service.
- You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Submit disputes or rescore requests you know to be false, fraudulent, or misleading;
- Use the Service to violate the Fair Credit Reporting Act or any other applicable law;
- Attempt to access data belonging to another partner without authorization;
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service; or
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the underlying software of the Service.
Client data and consent
If you submit a consumer's credit file or related information through the Service, you represent that you have the necessary authorization and consent from that consumer to do so, and that your use of their information complies with applicable law.
Fees and payment
Pricing is scoped to your business during onboarding, as described on our Pricing page. Fees, billing frequency, and any applicable terms will be confirmed before your account is activated on a paid plan.
Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Rapid Rescore LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the Service — they don't transfer ownership of anything to you.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee that any specific dispute or rescore request will result in a particular outcome, timeline, or score change — results depend on the accuracy of submitted information and each bureau's own processing.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rapid Rescore will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including lost profits or lost business opportunities.
Termination
Either party may terminate use of the Service as described in your order or account agreement. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if required by law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the “Last updated” date above when we do, and continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
