These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Rapid Rescore website, software platform, communications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”) operated by Rapid Rescore LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. NATURE OF SERVICES

Rapid Rescore provides a software platform and related business tools designed to assist users with client engagement, intake coordination, account visibility, and related operational workflows.

Rapid Rescore:

  • Is a technology platform provider
  • Does not provide legal, financial, accounting, or lending services
  • Does not guarantee any specific outcome or result
  • Does not act as a consumer reporting agency

Users are solely responsible for how they use the platform and any decisions made using information obtained through the Services.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have authority to enter into this agreement
  • Provide accurate and complete information

We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION & SECURITY

You agree to:

  • Maintain accurate account information
  • Keep login credentials confidential
  • Notify us of unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. FEES, BILLING, AND NO-REFUND POLICY

Fees

Access to certain Services may require:

  • One-time setup fees
  • Subscription or recurring platform fees
  • Optional add-on services

All pricing is disclosed at purchase.

Billing Authorization

By purchasing, you authorize Rapid Rescore to:

  • Charge your provided payment method
  • Bill recurring fees until canceled

No Refunds

All payments are final and non-refundable unless required by law.

This includes:

  • Setup fees
  • Subscription fees
  • Partial billing periods

Chargebacks or payment disputes that violate these Terms may result in immediate account termination and collection action.

5. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to:

  • Violate any law or regulation
  • Send unlawful, deceptive, or abusive communications
  • Infringe intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform
  • Use the Services for spam or unauthorized messaging

We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.

6. SMS & COMMUNICATION TERMS

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS communications related to:

  • Account activity
  • Onboarding coordination
  • Service updates
  • Customer support
  • Administrative notifications

Messaging frequency varies.

Fees

Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-Out

Reply STOP to unsubscribe.
No further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All platform content, software, branding, and materials are owned by Rapid Rescore or its licensors and are protected by law.

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer
  • Create derivative works

without written permission.

8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The platform may integrate with third-party tools or services.

Rapid Rescore:

  • Does not control third-party providers
  • Is not responsible for their actions, policies, or performance

Use of third-party services is at your own risk.

9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”

We disclaim all warranties, including:

  • Merchantability
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Non-infringement
  • Accuracy or reliability of results

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Rapid Rescore shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Lost profits or revenue
  • Data loss
  • Business interruption

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to Rapid Rescore in the prior 3 months.

11. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend and indemnify Rapid Rescore from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Services
  • Violation of these Terms
  • Violation of law or third-party rights

12. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate access:

  • For violations of these Terms
  • For legal or security reasons
  • At our discretion with or without notice

Upon termination:

  • Access stops immediately
  • Fees remain owed
  • Sections on liability and indemnity survive

13. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Arbitration

Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Florida, except where prohibited by law.

You waive the right to:

  • Jury trial
  • Class actions

14. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time.
Updated Terms become effective upon posting.

Continued use constitutes acceptance.
