    conditions outlined in this policy. To be eligible for a refund, you must demonstrate that you
    have made a genuine effort to follow the training and apply the strategies provided.

    To qualify for a refund, you must meet the following conditions:

      • You must complete 100% of the training provided in the Partner Portal, including all lessons,
        quizzes, and any required assignments.
      • Each training module will track your progress, and you must provide proof that you have
        completed each step (e.g., screenshots, certificates of completion).

    2. Active Participation and Application
      You must show proof that you have actively participated in the program by applying the strategies and steps outlined in the training. This includes, but is not limited to:
      • Setting up your custom website.
      • Implementing the marketing strategies provided.
      • Referring a minimum of two clients to the program.

    3. Submission of Proof
      To request a refund, you must submit documentation or proof that you have followed all the
      steps outlined in the training. This includes, but is not limited to:
      • Screenshots of completed training modules.
      • Evidence that your website has been launched and is functional.
      •  Proof of marketing efforts (e.g., social media posts, ads, email campaigns).
      • Proof of lead generation (e.g., submission of leads or client sign-up forms).

    4. Request Timeline
      All refund requests must be submitted within 90 days of your initial purchase. Refund requests made after 90 days will not be accepted, regardless of program participation.
