No, we are always available to answer any and all questions while you are an active client. After your case is complete however, you must open a new case to receive new support.
We charge a flat fee of $150.00 per removal, per bureau. Meaning if there is 1 collection on all 3 bureaus that would be 3 x $150 = $450.00. We only charge after the item is successfully removed and will only invoice per removal.
We can not guarantee removals as the credit bureau’s ultimately decide what will be deleted / removed, however we have a positive relationship with a dedicated team within each credit agency and a positive reputation.
